Cut the length of the sausages in such a way that they remain closed at the ends by approx. 2 cm. Cut the cheese into four strips and fill the sausages with them. Wrap strips of bacon around the sausages and secure with toothpicks.
Heat a little oil in a pan and slowly fry the sausages, turning them frequently.
Serve with french fries and salad. Children love ketchup with it.
