Cut the boiled sausages (Wiener, Frankfurter ) lengthways.
Cut the cheese so that it roughly takes on the shape of the sausages. Cover the sausages with it. Put the halves of the sausage back together and wrap each sausage with two slices of bacon. Secure with toothpicks.
Quickly fry the sausages on both sides in clarified butter until crispy so that too much cheese doesn`t run out.
I also serve French fries or Bavarian potato salad.
