• 1 kg berries, mixed, frozen
• 5 cups cream
• 5 sachets cream stabilizer
• Vanilla sugar, to taste

Instructions

1. Crumble the meringue and distribute it in a bowl or casserole dish (save some meringue for decoration). Spread the frozen berry mixture on top.
2. Whip the cream with the whipped cream and vanilla sugar and pour onto the berries. Decorate with meringue again if necessary.
