Instructions

  1. Beat the biscuits into crumbs and small pieces (hands, potato masher etc. are suitable for this - put biscuits in a freezer bag and hit them). First mix in the coconut flakes and then the melted butter. The mixing ratio (biscuits / coconut) can of course be adjusted, other nuts, dried fruits or the like are also conceivable. Press the mixture firmly to the bottom in a springform pan lined with baking paper and chill.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, quark (I used normal low-fat quark here) and mash and mix in (frozen / fresh) berries for color and taste. A shot of the drained juice or homemade berry jam are also very good. Stir in sugar, a packet of vanilla sugar and the juice of one lemon / lime.
  3. Now for the agartine. Theoretically, prepare according to the instructions on the package. I let two sachets of the agartine boil in the milk for two minutes, first carefully folded in part of the cheesecake mixture and then mixed it with the rest. The preparation with gelatine is of course just as possible, accordingly it would have to be 12 sheets of gelatine. Quickly pour the mixture onto the hardened biscuit base and put it back in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  4. Before serving, decorate with fresh fruit (add a little cake glaze if necessary), desiccated coconut or other decorations.
