Instructions

  1. Caramelize the sugar, deglaze with orange juice, pour in the currant juice and red wine, add the cinnamon stick and bring to the boil. Reduce the whole thing in 5 minutes. Tie with Gustin and bring to the boil again. Remove the cinnamon stick, pour the hot brew over the berries and let cool.
