Caramelize the sugar, deglaze with orange juice, pour in the currant juice and red wine, add the cinnamon stick and bring to the boil. Reduce the whole thing in 5 minutes. Tie with Gustin and bring to the boil again. Remove the cinnamon stick, pour the hot brew over the berries and let cool.
