- Put the yogurt, berry mixture and sugar in a blender and mix well. Add the milk little by little, less or more milk if you like for firmness.
- Put in a glass and enjoy nice and cool!
- Keep the smoothie in the refrigerator and drink it empty within a day.
- One serving makes about three glasses.
- If the smoothie has become too runny, it can be placed in the freezer for 30 minutes.
