For the chia pudding, mix the chia seeds with the almond milk and let stand for at least 30 minutes. Stir in between. Stir in the soy yogurt before serving.
For the porridge, put the oat flakes, goji berries, almond milk, water, berry mixture, maple syrup and peanut butter in a saucepan. Bring to the boil briefly without the lid, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Stir occasionally. Then take it off the heat, put the lid on and let it soak for about 10 minutes.
To finish, layer the chia pudding and berry porridge in a glass. Garnish with a dollop of yogurt, fruit and flaxseed and serve.
