  1. For the bowl, mix all the ingredients in a blender until it has a smooth consistency. Pour the mixture into a bowl and garnish with fresh berries, chia seeds, etc., and serve immediately.
  2. Ingredients for the smoothie bowl are allowed, whatever tastes good. You can vary the fruits you use and mix them with some vegetables like spinach. I like to prepare my bowl for breakfast with frozen berries and then add a banana, almond milk, some corn flour and chia seeds. The finished bowl is super refreshing and therefore the ideal summer breakfast.
