Instructions

  1. First wash the strawberries and cut them into small pieces. Sort the raspberries and clean them carefully.
  2. Then line a baking dish with a layer of ladyfingers, the number can vary depending on the size of the baking dish, and then drizzle with the cherry liqueur. You should make sure that the ladyfingers are only soaked with as much liqueur as they can absorb in any case.
  3. Next, stir the mascarpone until creamy and mix in the sifted powdered sugar. Add yoghurt, buttermilk and vanilla pulp and mix everything into a smooth cream.
  4. Then spread about 1/3 of the cream on the ladyfingers and smooth out. Then distribute the strawberry pieces on top.
  5. Now put a thin layer of cream on the strawberries so that the subsequent ladyfingers hold better. Soak this and the bottom layer again with the cherry liqueur. Then spread the rest of the cream over it and spread the raspberries together with the remaining strawberry pieces as the last layer.
  6. Last but not least, decorate the berry tiramisu with the chocolate decor leaves and dust with powdered sugar before serving!
