  2. Now evenly holes are pierced in the dough with a fork. The dough can then bake for seven to eight minutes in a preheated oven at 180 ° C top and bottom heat.
  3. In the meantime, the plums and crumble can be prepared. If the eight to ten minutes of baking time are not enough for you, you can do these two steps before the cake base comes into the oven for pre-baking.
  4. Wash the plums, pat dry, cut in half and core. For the crumble you knead all the ingredients with cold hands to make large crumble.
  5. After the pre-baking time, the cake base comes out of the oven. The plums are spread on top and the sugar is sprinkled over them. Now the crumbles are spread over the plums and the cake is allowed to continue for about 25 - 30 minutes until it turns a nice golden brown.
  6. Shortly before the end of the baking time, the butter can be melted in a saucepan. The sugar is mixed with the cinnamon.
  7. After the baking time, the cake is drizzled with the melted butter and sprinkled with the cinnamon sugar. Before cutting, the cake must stand for at least an hour. It tastes best lukewarm and with a little whipped cream.
