Instructions

  1. Chop the onions and sweat them in plenty of strong olive oil. Then add the minced meat and fry it properly. Peel off the garlic cloves, press and add, then deglaze with the peeled tomatoes and the juice. The tomatoes should then be chopped up in the pot or pan. Season to taste with the spices and add the chopped chilli peppers complete with seeds. Simmer over medium to high heat for about 20 minutes. Clean, dice and add the peppers. Crush and add the chocolate as well. Mix well again and again. After about 10 minutes add the remaining vegetables (kidney beans, corn, peas). Let simmer again for about 10 minutes, season the dish with the specified spices again. Serve hot. Serve with bread and sour cream (or something similar). Tip: The spiciness can be reduced well with the bread and the sour cream. All those who like to eat spicy leave out the sour cream.
