Instructions

  1. Remove the prawns from the freezer and place in a bowl. Crumble the chilli pepper over it or add the chilli oil. Add a good dash of olive oil, salt, pepper, a few dashes of lemon juice and the finely chopped garlic cloves. Now mix everything well and let it steep for a few hours.
  2. Cook the pasta with a little salt and olive oil until al dente. Put the prawns and the resulting juice (even if they are not completely defrosted) in a hot pan or wok and fry lightly. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and add them. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add the beaker of crème fraîche and season with a little salt again. Add the pasta, mix everything well.
  3. Can be prepared very quickly in the morning if you want to eat the dish for lunch. If you don`t have the time, you can let the whole thing go for a shorter time, but then it`s not that intense.
