Instructions

  1. Squeeze the juice of a small lemon, put it in a pan and heat until the lemon juice is a little reduced. Then the butter is added. Heat it up a little until it gets some color, then add the soy sauce and bring to the boil again and reduce it.
  2. Immediately add the 3 cups of cream, simmer on low heat. Cut the ham into small pieces and add, simmer again a little and add the parsley.
  3. Let everything simmer on the lowest setting for about 20 minutes, until it has turned into a really nice thick sauce. In the meantime, cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  4. Drain the cooked pasta and mix with the sauce. Then first pour the grated Parmesan cheese over it, mix again and if possible let it steep for about 5 - 10 minutes, then serve.
