  1. Place the beef in a baking dish and stir in the marinated jalapeno mixture. Leave the meat to marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Peel the meat from vegetables, rub with salt and pepper. Place the beef on the grill and fry, 3-4 minutes. from each side. Transfer the beef to a cutting board and leave for 15 minutes, then cut into thin slices across the grain.
  3. String onion rings horizontally on wooden skewers. Brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Fry the onion on the grill on both sides until softened, 10 – 15 minutes. Place the poblano and jalapeno peppers on the grill and fry on all sides for 8 minutes. Transfer the peppers to a dish, cool slightly, then peel and remove the fruit stem with seeds. Cut the peppers into strips. Chill the onion and divide into separate rings.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons in a large skillet. l. olive oil to medium temperature. Add garlic, oregano, and fry, cover the pan with a lid, for 1 minute. Add beef, onion, and pepper to the pan, stir and fry a little. Season with salt and pepper.
