Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, drain and transfer to a large bowl.
Peel the carrots and grate finely. Cut the cucumber into small slices. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Finely chop the spring onions as well. Add the vegetables with the grated cheese to the pasta. Mix everything together well.
Mix the germ oil with the herbs, herb vinegar, salt and pepper well and mix the dressing with the salad ingredients.
