- Mix the first 5 ingredients together. If possible, leave the fish in the marinade in the refrigerator overnight.
- Grill or fry the marinated salmon until the desired level of cooking (I prefer salmon that is still pink on the inside).
- If there is no time to marinate, I cook the salmon in the marinade. To do this, heat a pan, add the salmon and sauce and steam gently.
- Potatoes, potato salad or rice go well with it.
