Instructions

  1. First cook the penne in salted water until it is firm to the bite. Then allow to drain.
  2. For the sauce, mix together olive oil, cream, the whole tube of tomato paste, herbs and spices and season with salt and pepper. Peel and chop the garlic cloves and add to the sauce. Add more or less olive oil and garlic depending on your taste.
  3. Mix the pasta with the sauce well and place in a very large baking dish. Mix 1/3 of the cheese into the penne. Then quarter the tomatoes and place on the penne. Then sprinkle the cheese on top and put the mold in the oven.
