Ingredients
- 300 g yourt, mild, 3.5% fat
- 3 tablespoon olive oil, mild
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
- 1 teaspoon, leveled pepper
- 15 g suar
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped, fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped, fresh or frozen
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and let steep for at least 30 minutes.
- Tastes perfect with lettuce, cucumber or yellow beans (with onions).
