Mix the flour with salt and sugar. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water, add 1 tablespoon of oil and stir. Add the yeast-oil-water to the flour and knead everything with your hands to form a smooth dough. Let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until the volume of the dough has almost doubled.
In the meantime, finely chop the garlic cloves. Mix 200 ml of oil with the herbs and garlic well. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and grease 2 baking sheets well.
Halve the dough and roll out each on a floured surface the size of the baking tray. Cover the baking sheets with it, brush the dough with the garlic herb oil, sprinkle with a little salt and bake the bread in the oven for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
