Mix the cream cheese with the sour cream. Cut the spring onions into approx. 5 mm rings (the leek a little finer) and fold into the cream, season with salt and pepper.
Is suitable for Sunday brunch, for grilling, for dipping or just like that.
A very simple, super delicious cream that you also make 1 or 2 days in advance, so on the main day it is a little less stressful.
