Instructions

  1. Put the layered cheese, cream and sour cream in a bowl. Chop the chives and finely dice the onions. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  2. Put the finished Bibiliskäs in the refrigerator for a good 3 hours to steep, but it is not a must. It tastes like that too.
  3. Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 30 minutes. Serve together.
  4. Bibiliskäs goes well with fresh farmhouse bread, of course.
  5. Perfect in the hot season.
