Put the layered cheese, cream and sour cream in a bowl. Chop the chives and finely dice the onions. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Put the finished Bibiliskäs in the refrigerator for a good 3 hours to steep, but it is not a must. It tastes like that too.
Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 30 minutes. Serve together.
Bibiliskäs goes well with fresh farmhouse bread, of course.
