Ingredients

• 200 ml cream
• 1 small onion (s), finely diced
• 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
• 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

1. Mix the cream with the vinegar so that the cream becomes slightly thick. Then add the onions, salt, pepper and sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Goes well with all leaf salads. I also use the sauce for potato salad or bean or cucumber salad. But I don`t use sugar for the sauce here. I then add fresh dill to the cucumber salad.
