Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs hard for about 10 minutes, rinse in cold water and allow to cool. Drain the asparagus and cut into pieces. Mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika powder, salt and pepper together. Peel the eggs and cut eighths lengthways.
  2. Carefully mix all ingredients with capers and sauce. Cut the chives into rolls and pour over the salad.
