Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the onion and sauté in a pan with oil.
  2. In the meantime, finely chop the parsley.
  3. Put the minced meat in a bowl. Add the onions, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, cumin, breadcrumbs, eggs and lemon juice. Mix everything together well.
  4. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
  5. Shape the mince into flat flat cakes of the same size. Spread some feta in the middle and seal with the meat. Shape it into rolls with moistened hands and fry them in a pan with oil.
