Peel and dice the potatoes. Likewise onions and soup greens (put parsley aside). Cook in water for about 20-30 minutes, until everything is so soft that you can puree it. In the meantime, cut the Mettenden and Viennese sausages into bite-sized pieces and open the cans.
When the potatoes are done, puree the whole thing to a creamy mass. Add the sausages, beans and tomatoes, bring to the boil, switch back and simmer for approx. 20-25 minutes. Season to taste with the spices and the finely chopped garlic. Garnish with the parsley (from the soup greens) to serve.
