Ingredients

• 1 ½ kg potato (s), floury boiling
• 1 can beans, white, with soup greens
• 2 cans beans in tomato sauce (or baked beans)
• 1 pack sausages, (Mettenden)
• 2 packs sausages, Viennese
• 3 onion (s), white
• 1 packet soup greens
• 2 teaspoon, heaped vegetable stock, instant
• 3 liters water
• 1 teaspoon thyme
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg, grated
• 3 cloves garlic
• 3 teaspoons marjoram
• a bit salt
• some pepper
• 1 packet tomato (s), happened

Instructions

1. Peel and dice the potatoes. Likewise onions and soup greens (put parsley aside). Cook in water for about 20-30 minutes, until everything is so soft that you can puree it. In the meantime, cut the Mettenden and Viennese sausages into bite-sized pieces and open the cans.
2. When the potatoes are done, puree the whole thing to a creamy mass. Add the sausages, beans and tomatoes, bring to the boil, switch back and simmer for approx. 20-25 minutes. Season to taste with the spices and the finely chopped garlic. Garnish with the parsley (from the soup greens) to serve.
