Instructions

  1. Make a well-mixed mixture from quark, cheese and eggs and spread it well on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Fry the minced meat until crispy. Cut the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers into small pieces. Mix a sauce from the ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard. Peel the dough off the baking sheet with baking paper.
  3. Spread 3 - 4 slices of cheese over the top. Place the minced meat on top and season with salt and pepper. Spread some sauce on top. Add lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber to the sauce. If you like, you can add a little sauce. Roll up the wrap with the help of the baking paper and cut in half.
