Finely chop the onions, fry them until translucent in the pan, add the meat with all the spices and the parsley and fry until crumbly.
Roast the toast on baking paper in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
In the meantime, add half of the cheese and the egg to the meat batter, stir in and fry everything briefly. Mix the cream, mustard and honey into a sauce, season with salt and pepper, mix into the meat mixture and reduce a little.
Spread the mixture on the toast slices in the oven, making sure that there is enough topping on the corners, and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Bake until the cheese melts well and is already a little golden brown, then serve.
If you want vegetables to go with it, you can of course mix them in with the meat batter, but we prefer a crispy leaf salad with it.
