Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion and finely dice the peppers and / or mushrooms. Mix minced poultry with onions, vegetable stock, parsley, diced paprika or mushrooms and quark and season with the spices.
  2. Shape 9-10 meatballs out of the meat dough and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  3. The meatballs are delicious both cold and warm. Potatoes, salad and a light dip or ketchup go well with this.
