Instructions

  1. Lay out the frozen puff pastry to thaw. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and onions. Roll out two of the defrosted sheets of puff pastry together on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, so that it results in a larger thin layer. Roll out the third sheet of puff pastry a little smaller (as a lid). Cover the large layer of puff pastry one after the other with grated cheese, bacon, tomatoes (seasoned with pepper and tomato salt), onions, pineapple pieces and the tuna including the vegetable rake. On top, sprinkle the grated cheese again and then close it tightly with the last layer of puff pastry as a lid. It is best to fold the edge of the lower layer upwards. Bake everything in the oven at about 200 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes (until the puff pastry has turned a golden brown color).
  2. Then cut the puff pastry into 2 portions and serve. You can also make individual puff pastries for each person. For this you take 2 frozen puff pastry sheets per person. I do it as described above, because then the food is not mainly made of dough. The filling can be designed as you like.
