Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, margarine, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy, then stir in flour and baking powder. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan. Tip: If you like, you can divide the dough and put some cocoa powder or Nutella in the second half - but it doesn`t have to be. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 75 minutes. Then let it cool down. Now cut the cold cake into 3 parts and remove the bumps from it. Cut out a corner for the driver`s cab from the 1st part. The other two parts are connected with wafer rolls so that a train is created. Pour the melted chocolate glaze over the whole thing, leaving something to stick together! Now glue the Prince Minis with the chocolate icing as wheels (sometimes you need a little patience for this). Equip the wagons with Smarties etc. as you wish. To top it off, put a candle for the birthday child as a chimney on the driver`s cab - done! In the pictures that are still to be set, however, I have taken the double ingredients and put them in a large box form, so that the cake is even more luscious and rises well, so you can tinker a little more. I also hollowed out the halves for the wagons with a spoon so that more candy can fit in as a load - there are no limits to the imagination. You can also cut ships or other things out of the cake - this always goes down well in any case. Tips: For a large puff, please use double the amount. If necessary, you can simply buy ready-baked cakes and process them further.
