Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Beat the egg, sugar, scraped pulp of the vanilla pod or vanilla flavor with a mixer until creamy.
Sift the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon into a second bowl, then fold carefully into the egg mixture. Stir in chocolate, almonds and pine nuts. Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface and shape into a flat, approx. 25 cm long and 3 cm wide loaf.
Place on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden. Remove and let set for 5 minutes.
Place the loaf on a cutting board, cut diagonally into slices about 1 cm thick with a bread knife, place them on the baking sheet, bake for about 10-15 minutes. Turn halfway through. Take out and let cool down.
