- Shake Campari, Aperol, grapefruit juice and the lime juice with ice cubes.
- Strain into a cocktail glass with fresh ice cubes and slowly add the Blue Curacao over a bar spoon in the middle.
- Garnish with a small slice of persimmon and a piece of carambola.
- If the whole thing seems too bitter, you can add 1 cl of syrup before shaking.
