Knead the softened butter, powdered sugar and flour together. Divide the dough, knead the cocoa into one half until everything is brown. Then roughly knead the two parts together so that a rough black and white pattern is created.
Then shape two even dough sausages and wrap them in cling film. Chill for an hour. You can also put the dough in the freezer. When the dough is firm, cut the sausages into slices and bake on a baking sheet at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
The recipe comes from a GDR children`s newspaper called Frösi. Every Christmas the cookies are a must!
