Instructions

  1. If you use dried beans, soak them overnight and then cook them until cooked. The drained canned beans can be used straight away.
  2. Puree all ingredients except the chocolate drops in a good mixer until it is smooth.
  3. Add the chocolate drops.
  4. Spread the mixture in a baking pan. Since it is an American recipe, the amount is intended for a 8 x 8 mold. It also fits in a 24 cm springform pan or twice to 2.5 times the amount for a normal baking sheet, depending on how thick or thin you like the brownies. Sprinkle the brownies with extra chocolate drops, if desired.
  5. Bake the brownies in a preheated oven at 170 degrees top / bottom heat for about 15 minutes and allow to cool completely before cutting. Possibly. Let it harden a little in the refrigerator.
  6. Only reveal what the main ingredient is after you have eaten. When using honey, the recipe is no longer vegan.
  7. Makes about 10 brownies.
