Instructions

1. Mix the ingredients together until you get a dough with the consistency of muesli or sponge cake. Fill into one (or 2) box tins, let rise in the oven until the amount has doubled and bake at 150 ° C for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. If the bread gets too dark, cover with aluminum foil.
2. Important: The bread must rest for at least 1 day before it tastes really delicious.
