Instructions

  1. Warm the milk and melt the dark chocolate in it. The milk does not have to boil as the recipe does not contain egg yolks. Add the cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Stir until smooth with a whisk and then stir in ice water until cold. When the chocolate mass has cooled, whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
  2. Put the cream in the ice cream maker for about 25 minutes.
