Instructions

  1. Pour hot water over the black tea in a large glass and let it steep. Make sure that there is still space left for the milk hood. I mostly take English breakfast tea. Any other black tea is also possible, depending on your taste.
  2. While the tea is brewing, prepare the milk foam. To do this, froth 50 ml milk in a small container with a milk frother. Add a pinch of vanilla sugar or cinnamon, depending on your mood. You can also experiment with other spices - anything the spice cabinet has to offer. Let your creativity run free.
  3. As soon as the milk foam is nice and fluffy, it can be carefully added to the tea. And now the white bonnet can be decorated with sprinkles. If you like the tea a little sweeter, you can also add a little honey before the milk cap is put on.
  4. Of course, you can also replace the tea with cocoa, cappuccino or coffee. I prefer the cloud tea version because it`s not that high in calories.
