- Using milk, pudding powder and sugar, cook a pudding according to the instructions on the packet and let it cool.
- When the pudding is cold, whip up with kirsch. Whip the cream until stiff and stir into the pudding.
- Drain the cherries. Put a few in a bowl, top with shredded chocolate and pudding.
- Then again layer cherries, chocolate shavings and pudding on top. Finally, distribute the cherries and chocolate flakes on the pudding.
- Tip:
- Cling film over the hot pudding to cool down prevents the skin and you don`t have to constantly stir the pudding.
