Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Stir in the quark, mascarpone, sugar, juice and kirsch.
Pour a third of the mixture into a mold. Spread the biscuits on top. Drain the cherries and spread them over the biscuits without any liquid. Pour the rest of the mixture onto the cherries.
Chill for at least two hours. Sprinkle with chocolate flakes before serving.
