- Cut the pork fillet into 2 cm thick slices. Roll the individual slices into a slice of Black Forest ham each.
- Place the filet rolls vertically with the fat ham side facing up in the baking dish that has been greased with a little butter.
- Mix the cream with the ketchup. Take as much ketchup as it takes to get a nice pink color.
- Season the sauce with a pinch of salt and pepper, stir with a little parsley and pour over the filet rolls.
- The delicious rolls need about 1 hour in the oven preheated to 180 °.
- Then they are very tender and the ham that is still peeking out of the sauce is crispy.
- Spaetzle and a leaf salad go wonderfully with it.
