Pour the cream cheese into a piping bag with a small star nozzle.
Sprinkle a wreath on half of the Pumpernicke thalers, cover the free center with very small cooked ham, and place the other halves on top. Sprinkle small dots with the cream cheese, like on cakes, cover with 1/8 of a cocktail tomato in the middle and sprinkle with the chopped pistachios.
