- Line the bottom of a large baking dish (approx. 28 x 35 cm) with the spoon bisquits. Mix kirsch and milk and drizzle over it.
- Then distribute the morello cherries on the biscuits.
- Mix the remaining ingredients to a creamy mass and spread on the cherries.
- Dust with the cocoa and put in the refrigerator for a few hours.
