Instructions

  1. Bring the sugar with the juice and the zest of the oranges and lemons to the boil with 1/4 liter of water and the cloves. Let cool down.
  2. Add the rum and orange liqueur, fill into bottles and store in a dark place.
  3. To use: Pour approx. 2 cl of this essence into a large cup of black tea.
