Instructions

  1. Measure out the 5 cups of water and bring to a boil in a saucepan. Rub the lemons and pour the zest into a tea infuser. Remove the boiling water from the stove, hang in the tea infuser and tea bag and let it steep for 10 minutes. Then remove both.
  2. Stir the juice of one lemon, the blackberry syrup and the cane sugar into the tea, which is still warm, fill and chill. Squeeze the second lemon and pour the juice into an ice cube mold, carefully fill up with water. If you want, you can put fresh blackberries in the mold, then freeze them.
  3. Later serve the tea cold and with the lemon ice cubes.
