Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the fruits. Save some for decoration.
  2. Pour lemon juice with 100 g sugar over the blackberries and roughly mash the fruit. Now whip the quark with the rest of the sugar, vanilla sugar and the cream until creamy. Stir in the blackberries. Pour into a bowl and serve garnished with the remaining fruits.
