• 250 g blackberries (frozen) or other berries

• 125 g biscuit (s) (Amarettini)

Instructions

1. Let the fruits thaw a little and puree. Whip the cream with the sugar until stiff and fold into the quark. Crumble the amarettini.
2. Layer alternately blackberry purée, cream quark and biscuits on top in 4 glasses. Since this dessert is very substantial, everything can be divided into 8 glasses. This is also sufficient as a dessert.
