Instructions

1. Thaw the frozen blackberries for 5 minutes at room temperature until softened.
2. Puree the thawed blackberries until smooth.
3. Whip the cream with the sugar for 5-7 minutes until stiff peaks form.
4. Fold the whipped cream into the quark until combined.
5. Crumble the Amarettini biscuits into rough crumbs.
6. Layer the quark cream mixture, blackberry puree, and biscuit crumbs in glasses.
