Local late summer fruits combined with an exotic papaya, so does that taste good? Of course, it even became a real insider tip for us. Whenever we don`t feel like having any smoothie with banana, this one is made, because it is the optimal banana hater smoothie and in the layered look it even looks great.
1. The apple is peeled and cut a little smaller.
2. Put everything, apple, blackberries and juice in a measuring cup or stand mixer and puree.
3. Half fill a glass with the blackberry puree and set aside for now.
4. Quarter the papaya, spoon out the seeds and remove the peel from the fruit, chop up a little and puree.
5. Sweeten a little more with maple syrup and fill the glass with papaya puree up to the top.
