Spread out the puff pastry and use a knife to halve the dough horizontally and vertically, so that you have four equal-sized rectangles.
Put the glass of apple compote in a bowl and mix with sultanas and cinnamon to taste.
Place a rectangle of the puff pastry on the bottom of the sandwich maker, put about one tablespoon of the mixture in each triangle and cover with another piece of puff pastry. Press the corners lightly with your finger so that no compound runs out.
Bake the apple pockets for 9 minutes, do not open the sandwich maker in between.
Carefully remove the finished apple pockets from the sandwich maker, cut into triangles and dust with powdered sugar.
