Finely grate the apple and pear. Add the orange peel and the juice. Cut the dates as small as raisins and add to the fruit together with the oat flakes.
Mix the banana, milk and cocoa in a blender. Add the milk mix to the fruit mix and mix well. Cover the muesli and chill for at least half an hour. The mixture can be kept refrigerated for at least 3 days.
Tips: Garnish the muesli per serving with one tablespoon of low-fat natural yogurt, seasonal fruit and chopped nuts. If you want it finer, you can mix the oat flakes with the milk. If you add cinnamon, ginger, cardamom or turmeric, the fat burning works much more effectively.
